UK Scotland, road tolls your opinion
I absolutely disagree with the current Labour government proposals to introduce tolls on motorways and other forms of road pricing.
I find this proposal very objectionable, it is just another way to increase tax revenue by tapping into motorists for money.
The economy is in crisis, when there is a reduction on cars, the use of car manufacturing, selling gasoline, vehicle maintenance and repair would have a domino effect on normal effect for motorists on the average income.
Green spaces are in Scotland, in most, only an hour’s drive along a portion of highway. I wonder how long it took before the free movement established with the car.
The erosion of freedom, it is easier to achieve on the first motorists themselves.
